Do you have a minimum order for laser engraving?
No minimum at all. We engrave from a single piece — whether it's one tumbler as a personal gift or 200 corporate items. Every order gets the same precision and care.
What file format do I need to provide for my logo?
Ideally a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PDF). If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it over and we'll evaluate — in most cases we can still work with it. Don't have a logo? We offer logo design too.
How long does laser engraving take?
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders are available — contact us to check availability.
Can you engrave on products I already own (like my Stanley cup)?
Yes. You can bring or ship us your own item and we'll engrave it. This is popular for personal gifts, groomsman sets, and custom employee gifts.
What's the difference between laser engraving and sublimation printing?
Engraving burns the design permanently into the material — it cannot be washed off or scratched away. Sublimation applies a dye onto a surface that bonds under heat. Both are durable, but engraving is the most permanent option available.
Can you do gift packaging for engraved orders?
Yes. We offer gift kits with branded bags, boxes, and accessories — perfect for corporate appreciation gifts, weddings, and events. Ask about our gift kit packages.
